Hi! I’m Rilee and the Proud owner of Relax and Recovery Registered Massage Therapy in Bowmanville, Ontario!
A few things about me: I Graduated from the Durham College Massage Therapy Program with Honors in 2022 and I’m in good standing with The College Of Massage Therapists Of Ontario (CMTO).
While attending Durham College we were given the opportunity to work alongside athletes and this is something that I realized I enjoyed right away! Helping people with rehabilitation was an amazing way to see progress, a decrease in their pain, and notice a positive impact that I can have on people’s lives, both physically and mentally. In my treatment I use a wide variety of different techniques to help induce relaxation, decrease pain, increase range of motion, and treat other musculoskeletal conditions.
Some of my favourite conditions to work with are

- Headaches
- Low back pain,
- Anxiety/depression!
My biggest goal is to make sure we reach your goals! I will be able to help assist my clients in reaching those goals since I understand each of my clients are unique. I intent to show this by providing each client with a treatment plan tailored to their needs and goals to help them live a pain-free and healthy lifestyle!
